Carl Nolte is a fourth generation San Franciscan and journalist at the San Francisco Chronicle since 1961.He writes the Sunday column, “Native Son.”

Mark Bittner, of The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill fame.He has just finished his latest book and a set of recordings called “Street Songs”, which is currently in the hands of his agent.

Tania Romanov is an award-winning travel writer and photographer. Her latest book is “San Francisco Pilgrimage”, a memoir of a lifelong love affair with San Francisco.

Dorothy O'Donnell is a writer who moved to North Beach in 2020 and knew she'd finally found her home. Her articles and personal essays have appeared in a variety of publications, including the Los Angeles Times, Hoodline, Salon and Good Housekeeping.

Domenic Stansberry is the Edgar Award winning author of ten novels and a collection of stories.His earlier work includes the North Beach Mystery Series, which received wide praise for its portrayal of the ethnic and political subcultures of San Francisco.

Caitlin Chung has lived in the Bay Area her whole life. She is a teacher, an expert eavesdropper, a fan of infomercials, and is known to be a supporter of superstitions. She has on many occasions been justly accused of being a Luddite. She lives in Oakland with her husband and their cat. Ship of Fates is her first book.

Gary Kamiya is an author, journalist and historian of San Francisco. His latest book with artist Paul Madonna, published on October 20, 2020 by Bloomsbury, is Spirits of San Francisco: Voyages Through the Unknown City.
